The inspiration to Kimberly's holistic journey and path to becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher began in 2014 while she was overseas volunteering in Thailand.

At this time, she had been practicing yoga for a few years, but hadn't fully realized how much it had transformed her life. One day, after sharing some of her favorite yoga poses and breathing techniques with the other volunteers in the village, her friend told her that she had a natural gift for teaching yoga and should consider becoming a yoga teacher.
In this moment, she reflected back on the positive impact yoga and meditation had on her life. Prior to learning yoga, Kimberly, like so many women, lacked body positivity and didn't know how to get out of her own head and negative thought patterns.
Yoga taught her to observe her mind and let go. The practice opened the door to her deep passion for holistic healing and made her realize how important it is to take care of herself as a whole - body, mind and soul.
The human body is incredible and capable of so much, if only we give it the TLC that it needs. Kimberly's goal is to help you heal yourself, by guiding you through yoga and meditation techniques that specifically address the root cause of the imbalances you might be experiencing, whether that is poor sleep, stress, anxiety, low self- esteem and so on.
Kimberly is forever grateful for that aha moment in Thailand. Her journey led her to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and now she is passionate about sharing all the tools she has learned over the years to help you optimize your health and become the best version of yourself.
